This website is operated by Black Swan Ventures Group LLC, a Wyoming single-member-managed limited liability company (the "Studio," "we," "us"). The sole member is Nikolas Pulido, holding one hundred percent of the membership interest.

Registered agent for service of process: 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. This is the registered agent's address on file with the Wyoming Secretary of State and is not the Studio's office, headquarters, or a location for client visits or general correspondence.

Access to and use of this website is provided for informational purposes about the Studio, its ventures, its workshop programs, and its open positions. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Use of this website, submission of a contact form, application to a workshop, or expression of interest in an open role does not create a client, advisory, employment, partnership, agency, or fiduciary relationship with the Studio. A client or engagement relationship arises only upon execution of a separate written engagement agreement between you and the Studio (or the Studio's applicable operating vehicle).

All content on this website, including text, graphics, imagery, and any linked materials, is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Statements about workshops, roles, ventures, and operating principles reflect current intent and are subject to change without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Studio, its sole member, its personnel, and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this website. The Studio's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of this website will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

Specific terms applicable to clients of the Studio's operating vehicle Cash Flow Positive AI, attendees of a workshop program, and individuals hired or contracted by the Studio are governed exclusively by the separate written agreements signed at the time of that engagement, workshop reservation, or offer. Those agreements control over these general website terms with respect to their subject matter.

All trademarks, wordmarks, service marks, logos, and content on this website are the property of Black Swan Ventures Group LLC or the respective owner. No license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

The Studio may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
